I’m Tom Foulkes. I help turn business problems into practical solutions: connected tools, custom applications, and AI where it has a useful job to do. Foulkes is where I bring that work together around one question: what would make this easier and more useful for the people doing it?

I like technology that gives people more control: a website they can edit, a process they can understand, an integration that removes repeated work, or an assistant with a clear job.
My work with WordPress and custom development informs that approach. Flexible content, reusable components, and straightforward interfaces matter because someone has to live with the result after launch.
AI expands what we can build, but it doesn’t replace the need to understand the task. I’m interested in where it can help, where it needs oversight, and where ordinary software is the better answer.

My work spans WordPress and PHP development, custom plugins, database-backed applications, integrations, and hosting troubleshooting. That foundation helps me connect an AI idea to the software, permissions, and day-to-day operations it depends on.
Server work supports the wider project when it belongs in scope. I do not assume every client needs managed hosting or an ongoing server-management agreement.
