Privacy Policy
How information is handled on foulkes.com.
Last updated: October 15, 2026
Who this notice covers
This notice describes the public foulkes.com website, operated by Tom Foulkes under the Foulkes name. For questions about your information, email tomf@foulkes.com.
Client projects and any future billing or support portal may involve different information and terms. This notice does not describe a portal that has not yet been launched.
Information you provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional company name, and a description of what you need. It also records the page from which you send the inquiry. Messages sent by email include the information you choose to share.
Inquiry details are stored in the website’s Forminator submission records and may be included in email notifications so Tom can respond, discuss a possible project, and keep a record of the conversation. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive customer information through the inquiry form.
Technical information and cookies
The hosting environment and security tools may process information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser details, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the site. Administrative sign-in uses WordPress cookies for authentication and related preferences.
No advertising tracker or audience-analytics script was identified in the public pages reviewed for this notice; WPMU visitor analytics is disabled. This does not mean that hosting or security logs are absent. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking necessary cookies may affect sign-in or other functions.
External services and images
Hosting, email, website management, and security providers support the operation of this website. Forminator, Defender, SmartCrawl, and the WPMU DEV Dashboard are part of the current setup; their presence does not mean every form submission is sent to each vendor.
Some placeholder images load from placehold.co. When your browser requests an external image, the image provider receives technical request information, such as your IP address, and may receive referrer information according to your browser’s settings. Other websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.
Use, access, and disclosure
Information is used to answer inquiries, discuss and provide requested work, administer the website, and investigate misuse or technical problems. Access may be needed by providers supporting those activities or where disclosure is required by law.
Sending a project inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. Public examples about AI services do not mean your inquiry is automatically submitted to an AI model.
Storage and your choices
Inquiry records are currently retained in the website and related correspondence until manually removed; no automatic inquiry-deletion period is configured. If you want to ask what information is held about you, correct it, or request deletion, contact tomf@foulkes.com.
Requests are reviewed with reasonable identity verification where needed. Some records may need to be retained for an ongoing engagement, security investigation, or legal obligation. Deleted information may remain in backups until those backups are replaced or expire.
Updates
This notice will be updated as the site’s services or data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
